I purchased this ESP8266 ESP-12 ESP-12F NodeMcu D1 Module on Amazon and am unable to flash using the firmware programmer

When I press flash the blue light blinks on the module but it sits on Begin find ESP8266 forever.

If it matters I am able to connect to the device in PuTTY and get and set info, here are my settings
And successful AT commands
