Maybe: Optionally use in-memory sqlite database for storage

Would allow for a lot more flexibility for querying and would in some ways be fairly straightforward. Would require external dependencies and add complexity since there would need to be multiple implementations of annalist functionality. With emacs-sql, this shouldn't be too bad. Should be opt-in (don't want to try to compile a binary on startup by default). Depending on how long it would take, could maybe choose later to throw everything in a database on-the-fly.
