Am guessing this is a tool to help convert the data to putmre data and access it.

Am curious what lead to you writing this tool.

I am interested in bidi into to help write GUI in golang that supports LTR and RTL and also to convert fonts for non Latin languages into the correct runes and glyphs.

The purpose was to be able to use static CLDR information within Go, specifically - I wanted to know what the first day of the week is, given a locale. That's the reason it's the only feature ATM
