Add Npcap install/uninstall to Windows event log

Add to the windows event log an event ID for the installation of the product. There is currently nothing getting added to the event log when npcap gets installed via standalone or OEM.

Thanks @Kashmirre. Can you provide some example log entries for software installs and uninstalls which meet your needs? That way, if we add this, we can do it in a way similar to other popular software.

While I know this is an msi, I believe you can use the same ID numbers. This would be going into the Windows Event Log > Applications
