Do post conversion checks for naming

Sometimes -- mne_bids does not convert the names over appropriately from the original. Inconsistent behavior. The top level directory is correctly named, but the sub-files .acq/.hs do not have hte same common name.

Maybe do a check and then run fix_dsnames.py if the naming flaked.
