Model Caching

There are some models that aren't updated often. There should be a way to set local caching rules per model, as well as a way to clear said cache.

This has been partially implemented in to 0.2 release with memcached. I'd like to add more controls over individual model cacheing. For now you can set the cache duration with the adapter settings. The default duration is 60 seconds.
