Talk with DHSC team about adding a bullet point to service standard 11.

Under What you should do, add:

encourage your team to challenge existing processes and re-use resources [reflecting the design principle]

Plus 2 additional resources to link to:

Make your technology sustainable (GOV.UK)
All digital services need to be delivered sustainably (NHSE)
Potentially also linking to the Greener NHS website.
