Compile SMOOTHXG for several kinds of SIMD flavours

Description of feature

This would require that one directly touches the code at https://github.com/pangenome/smoothxg. The idea would be to enable compilation for different SIMD instruction sets and connect these via a bash script as in https://github.com/pangenome/odgi/blob/master/scripts/generate_release.sh.
Additionally in smoothxg one has to set specific SIMD flags for the SPOA and abPOA dependencies.
This could speedup calculations by several times for free!
