Just want to document this.

Why is the permissions on that team that not just base permissions for the nf-core org?

I feel like it wasn't possible to set base permissions on the org to be writeable for all repos? We add the team to every repo as part of the pipeline health automation.

But this was like, many years ago.

Looks like it's a possibility now
