Hi

Do you have any code to summarize the data from the different quant.sf files in the different subfolders?

If no, I can share how I got it working with my custom_R_script and it works correctly within my NextFlow framework.

I have developed this custom_R_script based on suggestions/advice from Paolo on the NextFlow google forum - https://groups.google.com/d/msg/nextflow/o1PxbE5a3Uk/vTnWwN8SEQAJ
