"Link to file or folder" never works

This issue respects the following points:

• I have read the FAQ
• I have searched for existing issues
• The issue affects the Notes Android app, neither the Notes server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

1. Open an existing note

2. Open the rich edit mode (wait for the page to load).

3. Click the link button.

   

4. Select "Link to file or folder".

   

This works perfectly on the same note on the nextcloud server.

Expected behavior

The notes android app should show the same UI as the server app.
