Efficient way to add the corresponding authors-to-contact for each site in sct-testing-large

In the context of contrast-agnostic SC seg project, I am adding several datasets we have on git-annex and one of the next things is gathering the list of the authors to contact for each being added.

While it can be done relatively easily for data coming a single site/city/country (i.e. sci-zurich, basel-mp2rage, canproco, etc), where we can automatically fetch the authors from the README file inside the root folder, it becomes difficult in the case of sct-testing-large as this dataset is already a collection of images from several sites gathered over years.

The aim of this issue is to start a discussion on what's the best way of doing this. For starters, @jcohenadad suggested that for each image's json file, we could add a key containing the authors-to-contact. Curious to hear more thoughts from @mguaypaq and @NathanMolinier, our bids expert and police! ;)
