Aktueller Stand: App subscribed Disturbance-Meldungen zu den Haltestellen innerhalb einer Route

Weitere Vorgehen: "Mini-POC":

App checkt, ob Bahnen eine potenzielle Verspätung haben (Wird zu einer Bahn eine neue Ankunftszeit gepublished, welche nach der regulären Ankunftsszeit ist, kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass es sich um die gleiche Bahn handelt)
Hinweis über potenzielle Verspätung in Übersicht mit Routen (Vllt in Card?)
