Configuration Intended 'Include'

Hi,

Through using Configuration Intended I have been able to generate device configurations smoothly. I have been testing the use of 'Include' for aspects such as the banner. Unfortunately, regardless of what I try in terms of directories and locations of the banner.j2 template, I hit the following error message;

"There was an issue finding the template and a jinja2. TemplateNotFound error was raised"

Is there a specific location I need to place these configuration sections for them to be found? Or is there something else I may be missing?

I have tried including "./banner.j2", "banner.j2", "./templates/banner.j2", the full directory of banner.j2, a renamed banner.html variant etc. e.g. {% include 'banner.j2' %}

Note: These configuration sections, such as banner.j2, exist in the same git repo as the working device config templates.

The Golden Config Settings look like the following:

• Jinja Repository = Config Templates Repo
• Jinja Path Template = input/{{obj.custom_field_data.function}}.j2

The Folder Structure currently looks like this;

• Configuration Sections exist in the same input directory e.g. input/banner.j2
• This all exists in the Nautobot /git directory e.g.

/git/config-templates-repo/input/switch.j2
or
/git/config-templates-repo/input/banner.j2

Assuming demo-gc-templates is set as the Jinja Repository in the Golden Config Settings, I believe my structure matches to the working example.

Sorry if I am missing anything obvious, I have read over a fair amount of the documentation regarding this but may have missed something.

I would guess you need to be relative to the root, meaning prepend “./input/“ to the path to banner.
