Default 15ma line & hook doesn't render when attached to just a single note

Engraving bug - though it could be considered just a matter of having a sensible minimum line length for newly added elements.

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Create/open a score
2. Add/select any single note (any duration)
3. From the palette add a 15ma alta line
4. Expected: 15 with a line and hook (15 -┐) should be shown above the note
5. Actual: only the 15 is visible and no extender line or hook can be seen

Even for a regular 8va line there are on-screen rendering issues at some scaling factors (e.g. for it's fine at 100%, but at 150% the line disappears).

Note that the default 8va rendering in this case isn't ideal either, but at least is clear enough

Additional context

The horizontal centring seems slightly off for stemless notes too (whole notes and above etc.) - it still seems to be trying to center the '15' over the right edge of the notehead.
