Doesn't let user to enter patient form

Describe the bug

Found while testing version v8.6.8-rc01. It was existing in the previous version as well.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Dispensing
2. Try creating duplicate patient
3. Alert will be shown and try cancelling it.
4. Try to create patient right after cancelling
5. See error

Expected behaviour

Patient entry should be allowed after cancelling
