App crash: While editing vaccination date via calender

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Better create a patient.
2. Add the vaccination date in the format 'D/MM/YYYY' manually.
3. Click Next no any validation and confirm the vaccination.
4. Now from a patient list choose that patient and edit that vaccination from Vaccination Tab.
5. Click on the calender to edit the vaccination date.
6. See error.

Expected behaviour

First-date validation must work and should not allow entering D/MM/YYYY second crashing should not happen while editing.
