Describe the bug

This one is a weird one. Sometimes, filling all the required fields will still not allow to proceed to next window and re-clicking will work again though.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Select a patient from Vaccination window
2. Enter the patient details and click next
3. Enter additional vaccination details and click next
4. See error: the toast message that required fields are not completed despite all required fields already filled out.
5. Click Next again and this time, it'll work!

Expected behaviour

don't show that unnecessary toast message!
