Feature Request: Tidy HUD settings for shifting the macro bar similar to the controls sidebar

As the Controls section has top/center/bottom alignment options, it would be nice to have left/center/right options for the macro hotbar. Ideally you could set it up so as to stay within some padding of the playerlist if left, or the right sidebar edge if right, but just as [left|right] as possible would also work, if we also had a manual offset. Center would just be center.
