Scrobble track titles played from radio streams

Would it be possible to scrobble the titles and artists of tracks playing from a radio stream to last.fm? TuneIn's website, for example, provides for many stations information on what track is currently being played (e.g. http://tunein.com/radio/Jazz24-885-s34682/). It would be excellent if this data could be used to scrobble to last.fm.

The music tags emitted by some streams are not quite yet available for use in Mopidy, but that's being worked on.
