You must login to this app using an OpenID Connect Provider. To get started, you can use the sample online OP at mitre.org, or deploy your own using the mitreid-connect reference implementation.

A few loose ends are intentionally left in the system as an exercise to the user to create new cards. These are the UserAuthority and PolicyAuthorityParty dependencies in the Roles card and SystemOperator dependency in the White List Policy card and Black List Policy card.
