Remove/Disable/Change the "View Unit in Studio" button for CCX courses #251

tracking issue for https://openedx.atlassian.net/browse/TNL-4870

Right now, when course staff accesses a CCX course in the LMS, they see the existing "View Unit In Studio button". When clicked, it takes them to the CCX-keyed version of the block in Studio.

This behavior could be confusing and can result in incorrect behavior if one starts editing the CCX version of the block (as the code may not expect this situation).

Acceptance Criteria:

Option 1: Hide the button in CCX courses OR
Option 2: Disable the button in CCX courses OR
Option 3: Change the behavior of the button so it takes the course team to the block in the parent course, as long as they have access
