Schedule: add timezone widget to schedule page

As a coach, it's hard to schedule accurately in UTC. It would help if I had a clock to see what the current time is.

As suggested by Mary Ellen:

know this is hard to fix overall, but maybe a small feature like embedding the UTC clock on that page would help. I add this to many pages of my edX courses.
