The latest published version of my package is 14.4.3 but only 14.4.1 is available in Winget:

@MrHinsh You should be seeing the latest version now as it has passed the publish pipeline.

Yes. After being merged, each package needs to go through a publish pipeline to make it available for all winget users. If you see the package PR (#134406), you can the see the label Publish-Pipeline-Succeeded was just added a few hours ago. Usually publishing finishes within an hour, but the delay experienced here is related to #135118
