Creating OpenCL provider for onnxruntime

Hello,

I'm the author of DLPrimitives - opencl primitives and net.

I currently provide basic ONNX support (many vision nets validated - resnet, alexnet, mobilenet etc). I want to continue to work on ONNX support and I think integration with onnxruntime is actually the better way to go.

I have several questions:

1. Where do I start from? Tutorials, example ctc.
2. What goodies can I get from ORT? for example lots of operators basically handle meta-data in numerous networks - shapes, gether etc. Can I have benefits of graph management, memory allocation etc? So I concentrate on actual ops implementation rather than all the stuff outside?
