Steps to reproduce the bug

I had DevHome open and had successfully had my DevBox show up in DevHome.
I exited DevHome.
I restarted DevHome.
I received this error:

Expected result

My DevBox access should be cached.

Actual result

see steps. and as specified in another bug, it is not true. See settings when I navigated there
