Click on the Report Bug link

✔️ Expected Behavior

After it creates the zip file it would open your browser to a page where you can upload it to report the bug. What are you supposed to do with this zip file? There are no instructions once this is created.

❌ Actual Behavior

All it does it is create a zip folder onto your desktop, you have no idea what to do with it after.

The problem is that the text is wrong. It, indeed, creates a file and then you have to go to create an issue and then upload the file.
