Description of the new feature / enhancement

The new feature gives the ability to create sections that icons (shortcuts) on the desktop.

Scenario when this would be used?

This feature can be used to organize the desktop efficiently.
For example, this will allow the creation of sections such as "Gaming" "Browser" ... and to view the content of that section directly on the desktop.
