Steps to reproduce

I added Win+Y and Alt+Y key combinations to open the calc.exe in a new window. Restart the computer, let powertoys run automatically.

✔️ Expected Behavior

After restart the added key combinations will work.

❌ Actual Behavior

The combinations only work right after configuring them or after disabling/enabling the keyboard manager. Additional problem is that even when it works, the calc.exe is mostly not opened in the foreground (tested with firefox and other apps).
