Awake icon from system icon tray is missing

Steps to reproduce

just restarted the computer and the icon was missing from the tray. didn't come back even after activating the feature from power toys

✔️ Expected Behavior

I'm expecting to see the icon in systems icon tray

❌ Actual Behavior

not able to find the icon
