Steps to reproduce

Mouse Without Borders process is running
hold any modifier key (Shift,Control,Alt,Windows)
Problems are fixed by either disabling MWB or killing subprocess

✔️ Expected Behavior

Modifier key will stay enabled
Ex. Open textbox, hold Shift+A, expect a repeating line of Capital A's
Ex. drag a window and hold shift, fancy zones appear to lock window

❌ Actual Behavior

Modifier keys stutter or disable
Ex. Open textbox, hold Shift+A, expect a repeating line of Capital A's only first few As are capital rest are lowercase (shift disabled)
Ex. drag a window and hold shift, fancy zones appear to lock window (Fancy Zones Stutter as if letting go of Shift key)
