Support 3 link type in Windows context menu

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add the Windows context menu options to create these link types:

1. Symbolic link
2. Hard link
3. Directory Junction

To simplify the creation of links with similar experience as "copy paste".

Scenario when this would be used?

Sometimes it is useful to create a special type links (especially Directory Junction) and it requires using comand lines and mess around with paths.
