The context: I have an Honor MagicBook laptop with Windows 11 installed. Honor's "PC Manager" app is literally a garbage, I am not able even to install this program, so buggy it is. The only reason I want this app to work is battery charge limiter, which is quite handy.

Examples of the described feature:
1.
Scenario when this would be used?
A person has a laptop without a notebook manufacture's control app (Huawei PC Manager, Lenovo Vantage). He/She sets a charging limit to 80% (or to any other percent) of battery capacity in PowerToys in order to prolong the battery's life.
