Reassign a key to a specific program

Description of the new feature / enhancement

In the shortcut reassignment option you can customize it to apply it to a specific program, but I don't see that this can be done to reassign a single key, it applies in general to everything.

Scenario when this would be used?

When I use powertoys run when writing I press "enter" to autocomplete the phrase, however in the edge browser "tab" is used, it is very common to get confused because sometimes I use web search

Although it could also be solved by adding the option that when pressing "tab" the word that is being written is auto-completed, however in the current version it auto-completes the second option below the list of results, which does not make sense.
