LLM support with "paste with AI" function

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like pasting with AI to not require an OpenAI key, We would simply paste the link to the local llm (e.g.: http://localhost:11434/) and it would work.

Scenario when this would be used?

If someone does not have an OpenAI key, they will be able to use this feature locally.

+1 - using this feature with a local AI server (Ollama + llama3) where we can control our data and ensure it is not going over the web.
