Scenario when this would be used?

For example: i want to use Azure OpenAI or other LLM AI tool which compatiable with openAI interface
if we can set the AI interface address prefix, it is can use other LLM AI tool

It seems that OpenAI endpoint address is just hard-coded now. Adding an endpoint option and allowing users to use their own Openai-compatible services like vLLM shouldn't be difficult.
