Steps to reproduce

I have a gaming keyboard which has a smaller footprint but is also missing some keys I used to use. So I use Keyboard Manager to map WIN-ALT-PGUP to CTRL-HOME for all apps, for instance. These used to work but a few days ago stopped working. I'm not sure it's a bug in PowerToys: I use virtual-desktop-enhancer.exe to jump between multiple virtual desktops and its shortcuts have stopped too. Is there some system service or startup app that PowerToys depends on?

Jump to top of file in any app.

❌ Actual Behavior

A simple PGUP.

I should add, this started in the prior version, so I upgraded to 0.80. I've also tried running both as and NOT as Administrator, to no effect. Several reboots and even an attempted system restore with no effect.

UPDATE: I just quit virtual destkop enhancer in favor of Task View, and CTRL-WIN-leftarrow/ rightarrow do not work either, so I suspect there is a service or driver out of whack. So underlying system features this Power Toy relies on would be appreciated!

The "win" key on my keyboard wasn't working, only figured it out trying to enter new key mapping in this powertoy!
