Description of the new feature / enhancement

For example, if a monitor has FancyZone setup with 2 zones (one on the left and one on the right), when locking applications to each zone, there should be an option to group them together, similar to the standard windows snapping/grouping. This could be an enable-able feature since it shouldn't impact users current setup, but having the option to have multiple groups would drastically improve multitasking. A way to implement it may be to add a small icon on the right or left of the screen to add it to a group. By doing so, the taskbar will show this group in the bottom, similar to how windows does this by default with its native snapping/grouping

Scenario when this would be used?

I run 2 instances of VSCode on the left and right side of my main monitor, who have different workspaces open and therefore must be different instances. Upon clicking on the icon in the taskbar, I am presented with the standard windows popup of which instance I want to open. I want to open both though, which means Instead of clicking once on the taskbar icon, I must click 4 times (2 on the taskbar icon, and 1 click on each instance)! In this scenario, I could simply use the native windows snapping since I have 2 windows on the left/right splitting the screen, but if I want to do this to a custom application layout, I would love this feature. Thanks so much!
