When several keyboard are connected to the computer, it should be possible to define in which keyboard the remap should be applied.
Similarly, different apps might need different remappings.
Scenario when this would be used?
I have a laptop where the keyboard misses the "print screen", "home", "end" phisical keys, and they remapped it to F10, F11, F12 respectively.
Thus I need to remap these F-keys to the corresponding actions when I am editing some text,
When I go back home, I connect a full sized keyboard to my laptop, and the remap is no more needed, since the keyboard has the phisical keys for "print screen", "home", "end".
Similarly, regardless of the keyboard connected, when I am using Visual Studio, I need to use the F10 and F11 keys.
This is less important than the per-keyboard configuration.
