Steps to reproduce

I have ctrl and alt swapped in keyboard manager, and then I have ctrl-tab remapped to alt-tab in order to emulate macOS key bindings. After some time, the ctrl-tab rebind stops working and I have to hit the wrong keys to do windows switching. Restarting powertoys fixes it but this happens daily

✔️ Expected Behavior

remapped shortcuts continue working while powertoys is running

❌ Actual Behavior

Remapped shortcuts for alt-tab stop working after some time running

can you verify if this is still an issue with v0.73.0 /needinfo
