Steps to reproduce

Create a custom canvas in FancyZones
Press Shift to adjust Windows Subsystem for Android's window to it.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Two windows should be adjusted to the custom canvas area when snapping to

❌ Actual Behavior

One of them adjusted to the custom canvas area when snapping to but the other one is taking minimized form.
