Report some of the thread & memory binding command being used.

We might want to report :

OMP_PROC_BIND
OMP_PLACES
GOMP_CPU_AFFINITY
KMP_AFFINITY

Possibly we might want also to report if some or the parent processes are from (and with their arguments):

hwloc-bind
numactl
