Dear all,

we decided to extend the deadline to next Friday evening.

Again, we ask you to provide a "functional" program, (not a beta version), with a README, so that other teams can run/test easily your program. Then you will have one month to plug the two parts together in a single program that will take as input, a query sequence in fasta format, and that will output a list of HOMSTRAD families with the corresponding scores (scores according to the downstream program) along with the corresponding 3D models. You are free to compare methods coming from different teams and choose the best one (or the one that best fits your needs). In that case, do not hesitate to mention this additional work in your report/slides ;)

Also, please help colleagues who want to test your method and if possible, it would be nice to cooperate with the users of your program by adding some modifications (if reasonable) to your code upon request :)

So in your folder, please provide:

--> one directory with an explicit name (upstream_code for ex), so that your colleagues are not lost with your multiple test files/dir etc

--> one README with all the information needed to install and run your program (path to modify, dependencies, additional tools to install etc). Your README must include a header presenting the purpose of your program with 4-5 lines explaining your strategy. Please provide also a test case.
