Removing a bookmark is sometimes not possible

Steps to reproduce

1. A bookmark is set for a program.
2. Select "Remove bookmark".

Expected behaviour
Bookmarking and unbookmarking is only carried out by previous user interaction. A set status remains until the user changes it.

Actual behaviour
In some cases, the bookmark cannot be removed permanently. First the bookmark is removed, but then set again. Either you can see directly that the bookmark is set again without user interaction (corresponding icon changes). Or the user notices it when he changes the view.

It is possible that a bookmark can currently only be safely removed via the "Bookmarks" tab. This observation has not yet been sufficiently verified.
