Search within program content text

Sometimes TV programs, usually episodes of a series, do not contain the episode title. This is then often found in the content text.

However, the content of the show is currently not searchable.

This is possible with the mediathekviewweb api. However, if enabled by default, the result list becomes very cluttered and I don't think, adding another toggle is a good thing for usability.
