API strings omit the apostrophe

When we pull data, the string QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep loses the nice unicode apostrophe: ’. It could be that the API encoding is not UTF-8, or the Python Requests (i.e., web browser) can't process/ removes it. We evidence this in our upcoming dissect tool/ pipeline.
