problem with using lwip:v2

Good afternoon, I ran into such a problem that on lwip v1.4, updating over the air using ArduinoOTA does not work, but if you use v2, the problem after 5 connections, MQTT is blocked, I have the ESP installed in an inaccessible place to flash it over the wire and I have to do it, could you tell me the problem is with lwip:v2 .Thank you so much for creating this bible library, I wanted to write my own, but this is a very huge work and my knowledge does not quite allow me to do it.
