Possible to remove captive portal?

Any time I connect to the router, immediately takes me to the webpage asking me to "Sign In." My way around this is to permanently remove access to the web interface. Once the web interface is no longer able to be accessed through the IP, it no longer asks me to sign in.

Is there a way to edit the code to tell the phone it's okay to stay connected without disabling the web interface? I'm glad I found a way around it, but I would like to have access to the webpage also.
