建议在订单表中增加order_type、order_type_id字段 #1151

现在订单表只有用户充值和开通会员才能用到，但在遇到二开的时候，就得区分订单类型和传入订单对象id才能方便拓展其他订单。这样就不得不增加字段，改订单模型代码，但每次升级又被覆盖了。。。
