Any plans on making this a node module?

Maybe trying to take the functionality that is used both here and in node-eddystone-beacon out into another module so that both can share it? I see its 99% the same code; just with calls to bleno replaced with calls to tessel's module

First step would be to just release this as a module that can be used, allowing for changing the port BLE is plugged into and maybe the transmission power etc

If not, I might attempt it myself and publish something
